The Longest Journey

No, its not the game Im referring to... (tho purposefully)...

Its already past the FYP presentations and now, my peers and I are doing our diploma show. A few days later... we're free... free from past hurdles, and now into the new... into the adult life. For most of us guys, its into national service (unless some of us decides to delay ns and go futher studies;which isnt recommended). For the girls, its either start working or further studies.

Im already 21 this year... damn, how time flies.

I can still remember the first time i stepped into Temasek Polytechnic. The feeling was great. For a guy like me to be amongst Express students, learning the same stuff as them... was something I thought would be impossible. But I was wrong.

Wearing casual clothes to sch and having that desire to do games was my determination. Still can remember on the first day of sch, we made friends so easily like as tho making friends with stuffed toys when we were lil' kiddies... XD

I can remember that time like it was just a few moments ago... weird... like the perfume on some girls and the sense of belonging in a group... damn i miss those days. And now that journey has almost come to an end... I hope although that journey is coming to a close and each of us going our seperate ways, we'll still keep in touch with each other just like how we did years ago.

May your journeys take you wherever you want to go,
-JoeL
